Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic experiences. Experiencing flashbacks, panic attacks and social anxiety are just a few difficulties that can remain with us after traumatic events. Through a trusting counsellor/client relationship I hope to help free you of these damaging memories.
Do you have a child (12+) or are you a young person that experiences some of the emotions covered above? I tend to work more creatively at times to allow you to express these emotions when it feels more difficult to put into words.
